How to encounter fake news as a journalist

As a journalist on encountering with the spreading of fake news, I would personally announce and verify live on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram that the news organisation I am working with have no relationship with any third-party source or Jho Low himself on his whereabouts. Moreover, I would also verify that there will be no interview with Jho Low at 8pm on the television during the live stream of me verifying the news organisation have no relationship with him. I would ask other journalists in the same news organisation to inform our audiences and followers that there will be no interview with Jho Low and his whereabouts to strengthen the trust with our audiences and followers. In addition, I will try to ask help from other journalists in other news organisation to help spread the word of the news of the news organisation will not having an interview with Jho Low and hopes to decrease the spreading of the fake news.
